Historical background
The Eurofighter Typhoon is an advanced multi-role fighter developed by the Eurofighter GmbH consortium (United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and Spain). Since its introduction in 2003, the aircraft has been deployed worldwide and is considered one of the most modern fighter jets in the world.
